cyrus imap slow on Fedora 13&14

I'd set one up.  They are simple to configure and run - and make a
*huge* performance improvement.  Easily the single best thing you can do
for web-mail performance.

Beyond that performance can be a tricky thing to track down - you did
change the entire operating system. :) [and possibly the hardware?]
