Telemetry logs I think.  Can you enable telemetry for your replication
user?  I suspect from these messages you need to create the directory
/maildata/imap/log/cyrus and make sure it's owned by user 'cyrus'.

Run this, and let me know what it says inside a couple of the files
that get created in there (I doubt I need all 140 of them!)
