FATAL: lmtpd: unable to init duplicate delivery database

I've checked the logs again tonight and the "IOERROR: lock_shared" only
comes up while duplicate_prune is working. Therefore I think has
something to do with the duplicate_prune process. 

And what I don't understand is, why the duplicate_prune process takes up
to 15 minutes to clean deliver.db. Is that normal?
