Two cyrus processes, one mail spool

Hi, NFS no, that doesn't seem to work even on NFSv4. At least no one has
confirmed it to work IIRC.
With a clustered filesystem it should work, but make sure you don't run
Berkeley DB backends, run it with skiplist instead.
