login doesn't fully work, authenticate does

It turns out that the comment in cmd_login (imap/imapd.c) that says

/* authstate already created by mysasl_proxy_policy() */

doesn't apply here (maybe my sasl libraries are too old and don't work 
as intended?).


Anyway, I applied this workaround
