improved_mboxlist_sort option

Hi,
Historically, the mailbox sorting code in Cyrus used ascii to sort,
which would occasionally cause odd problems with mailboxes containing
non-alphabetic characters.
Not too long ago, Ken added some code to deal with this problem but he
didn't want to force it on everyone and risk breaking a ton of stuff, so
he made it a configurable option.
If you set "improved_mboxlist_sort: 1" it uses Ken's improved sorting code.
I'm curious whether anyone is running this in production.
Thanks,
Dave
