Error dragging and dropping a folder from one server to another for only one user

I have two cyrus servers and I'm dragging and dropping a folder within 
mail.app from one server to another and it is giving me the error for 
only one user:

"Some items could not be copied to "mailserver""
"The IMAP command "CREATE" failed with server error:  INvalid mailbox name."

Does anyone know why this could be happening?   The user can create a 
new mailbox and copy email into it, but cannot drag and drop an existing 
folder.

Strange.
