You'll probably also want:

sieve_allowreferrals: 1
             If  enabled,  timsieved  will issue referrals to clients  
when the
             user’s scripts reside on a remote server (in a   
Murder).   Other-
             wise, timsieved will proxy traffic to the remote server.

set to 0.  Nice how they are backwards from each other, eh? :)
