STARTTLS on Cyrus IMAPd 2.3.11

I still have a 2.3.11rc-1 running here on my test machine.  But I can 
say that using TLS with thunderbird (and mutt) work.  But I'm using 
libssl.so.0.9.7 (Debian sarge.)
