Not all mailboxes listed when migrating to new server

I don't think any tool is removing them. Even before reconstructing, a
"lm" doesn't list all the mailboxes.

What I'm trying to achieve is the migration of a Cyrus installation from
one server to another. Is there a better way of going about it?
