By default lmtp (and other service) use options in imapd.conf, but it
look first for option starting with lmtp_

Then in

foobar: value1
lmtp_foobar: value2

all services will use value1, but lmtp will use value2

OR you can modify the configuration file used by lmtp in cyrus.conf,
using option -C
