Cyrus Mail Box & LMTP

mockingbird:/usr/local/mail# cyradm -user cyrus localhost

user.daniel at bayshorenetworks.com (\HasNoChildren)


as we can see I have this use created.
but when I try to submit an email to daniel at bayshorenetworks.com I get
the following in my logs:


exim:

TO:<daniel at bayshorenetworks.com>: 550-Mailbox unknown.  Either there
is no mailbox associated with this\n550-name or you do not have
authorization to see it.\n550 5.1.1 User unknown

imapd:

Jan 14 02:43:02 mockingbird cyrus/lmtpunix[29613]:
verify_user(user.daniel) failed: Mailbox does not exist


It appears that exim sent daniel at bayshorenetworks.com but imapd only
used user.daniel not user.daniel at bayshorenetworks.com !

Any hints much appreciated.
