quota and quota-root

Be carrefull the "quota" command exist also for the file system.
Use
# which quota
to be sure you are using the cyrus one !
cyrus's quota is sometime rename in cyrquota!

You should use

> sq user/ME STORAGE 12345678
instead of
> sq user/ME 12345678
