Cyrus-imap + multi domains ... Urgent Thanks

Hello,

I must use Cyrus with few domains, but i have the choice with 2 structural
directory,
i has activate "virtdomains" and same "unixhierarchysep".

what is the better solving/answer for this :

This : ./mail/u/user/unautre at domaine2^com/cyrus.cache
...
or this : ./mail/domain/d/domaine2.com/u/unautre/cyrus.cache
...
