assertion failure

  I have a strange problem. I use sendmail as MTA and cyrus-imap2.3.x
  Every time I get an e-mail I have this error in my maillog:

pend.c: 481: stage != NULL && stage->parts[0] != '\\0'

  and my mail doesn't reach my mailbox how can I solve this problem. A
  look at the append.c file didn't gave me any clue. So maybe someone
  does know what this problem could be.
