Cyrus DB Error - seen flag`s

Hello all.

My system:
FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE-p10
cyrus-imapd-2.3.7
cyrus-sasl-2.1.22
cyrus-sasl-saslauthd-2.1.22


We have a email support1 at ourdomain what is used by 5 people at the same 
time by IMAP.
Time after time we have this problem:
All "seen" flag`s a disappear. And any new email`s don`t put a seen 
flag. In logs this:

imaps[47785]: db /var/imap/user/s/support1.seen, inconsistent 
pre-checkpoint, bailing out
imaps[47785]: DBERROR: error committing seen txn; seen state lost: 
cyrusdb error

What im need to do to fix it?

P.S.
Log`s full of this too:
lmtp[66922]: IOERROR: opening /var/spool/imap/user/*MANY 
USERS*/cyrus.header: No such file or directory

It is seem`s to not make something bad, but any way im want to fix it.
