pop3s autentication error

Hi

>From some brand new PDA like Microsoft OS with an Outlook PDA limted
version I get some authentication errors:

I'm using cyrus-imapd-2.3.7 with
/etc/imapd.conf
sasl_pwcheck_method:    auxprop
sasl_mech_list:         NTLM PLAIN LOGIN CRAM-MD5 DIGEST-MD5

Any ideas?
