Use of NFS via TCP

I'm not an expert with NFS but I think the IP protocol doesn't matter
here, things break with UDP and TCP.
NFSv3 does not work, NFSv4 may work but IIRC nobody on the list reported a
configuration which really works. Check the archives for more info on the
topic, this has been discussed several times in the past.
