Working unified murder config WAS: [Re: Unifed Murder, xfer not working. DB affected.]

I am revising my inquiry. Does anyone have a unified murder config they
would post. Specifically, I am looking for someone to post a config of
their setup where they can confirm that the XFER command works properly.
I'd like to compare said config to my own, hopefully to eliminate
configuration issues as the cause of my troubles.
