ctl_deliver or cyr_expire?

THX! It's version 2.2.*. Upgrade documentation says it should be changed 
from ctl_deliver to cyr_expire, but it's still ctl_deliver in the 
default config on Debian testing. I had changed to cyr_expire from the 
beginning, and it seems to work.

If cyr_expire should be used, I'd file a bug report to suggest using it 
in the default config.
