I am now setting this up under Debian Sarge with 2.3.3. I haven't
configured replication yet. This was on my todo list for today but I'm
waiting for the outcome of the thread: Replication and Virtual Domains

For now I'm struggling with setting up a global admin for all my virtual
domains. See thread saslpasswd and virtual domains

FYI: I'm using cyrus 2.3.3 with the sasl that comes with Debian. Cyrus
is using saslauthd and sasl is configuer to use LDAP.
