problem with :DBERROR db4: Logging region out of m

i come to this problem all the time, and i seem not geting any solotion..

if i restart postifx then all fall into place and it will work for 
couple of houers an then i hve to restart posfix again..

using cyrus-imapd-2.2.12-3.RHEL4.1.

can i dont anything or can i only make aliases for restarting postfix 
and stuf?:)
