compiling Cyrus IMAP on Mac OS X 10.4.7

I don't experience any build issues under 10.4.7.

Perhaps it's because I build it the way Apple does.

Out of curiosity, why are you building instead of using the Apple  
provided sasl?

Have you tried building it using gcc 3.3?
