Migrating from mbox - urgent help needed

It doesn't work ... I've solved this by
typing

./reconstruct -f user/sk/folder at domain.com

I've try to look with strace what is going on and reconstruct
even didn't try to reconstruct subfolders indexes.. Maybe BUG ;-)
