auto purging users 'spambox'

ipurge is older can delete messages based on date and/or size.

expire is newer and can only delete messages based on date, but also 
removes the deliver.db entries (for expiring Netnews articles).  It is 
also used for deleting "expunged but not yet removed" messages when 
using delayed expunge.
