Ok

sasldblistusers2
test11 at tokyo.computerking.ca: userPassword
cyrus at tokyo.computerking.ca: userPassword
rmvg at tokyo.computerking.ca: userPassword
cyrus at localhost: userPassword
cyrus at localhost.computerking.ca: userPassword

Also tried logging on to the cyradm like this

%cyradm tokyo.computerking.ca
IMAP Password:
              tokyo.computerking.ca> cm user test1000000000000000000000000
createmailbox: Permission denied

nothing above works what the F*&k is going on I am so close i can taste
it has to be a simple fix.
