Peculiarity with the TLS session cache database

I suppose that's the case, although it's curious that `db_dump' claims
that it's empty.  I restarted Cyrus with session caching disabled.
I notice that other people are doing that, although I'm not sure why.
It's good to know that the file can be removed safely.
