cyrus connection timeout

that's no error. Just ignore it.

The most likely explanation would be a process limit in cyrus.conf. As an 
example, we have the following:

  imap          cmd="imapd" listen="imap.uni-koeln.de:imap" prefork=20 
maxchild=300

So if there are already 300 imap processes, no further processes will be 
spawned.
