patch nul characters

Here is the patch which I did for nul characters.
To accept and strip nuls it is necessary
to add a setting to imapd.conf:

rejectnul: no

otherwis the default is to reject as now.

Let me know for any feedback. I would recommend
using first of all in a test environment.
