lmtpunix: refused connection from

Hi, 

I just noticed the following messages sent to syslog:

May 20 12:15:56 grouper lmtpunix[533]: refused connection from
May 20 12:15:56 grouper lmtpunix[656]: refused connection from
May 20 12:15:56 grouper lmtpunix[634]: refused connection from
May 20 12:15:56 grouper lmtpunix[972]: refused connection from
May 20 12:15:56 grouper lmtpunix[348]: refused connection from
May 20 12:15:56 grouper lmtpunix[533]: refused connection from

Yes, there's nothing after the `from '... This message seems to be printed
in master/service{-thread,}.c, libwrap_ask(). Any ideas about why no client
information is printed?
