If you're linking against /usr/lib/libcom_err.{a or so} I'd expect the
matching compile_et to be in /usr/bin
If you're using the internal to cyrus com_err (in the "et" directory) I'd
expect to not use a /usr/lib/libcom_err or /usr/bin/compile_et.
