Shared Seen Flag in Shared Folders

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to get shared \Seen flag feature in shared
folders, instead of the default per-user. One past discussion thread
ended with this:-

There were other related discussions since then but most end up living
with it and add the manual process of sifting read message into a
separate folder.

Anyone got this feature hacked into cyrus (and can/willing to share)? :)
