multiple instances of imap

I need to have two completely separate instances imap with config  
files running/

How do I achieve this task?

Please do not refer me to man pages, my OS vendor modifies these so I  
don't have what everyone else has as far as man pages go.

What I am trying to achieve is the following, I have two instances of  
postfix, named postfix-primary and postfix-secondary, what I need is  
postfix- primary to use imap with the imad.conf config file and I  
need postfix-secondary to use imap with imapdalt.conf config file.

Is this possible and how do I achieve this?
