pop3 outlook issue

Hello

I have migrated uw-imap to cyrus-imapd-2.2.12 on fedora core 1.
Users read mail trough pop3 protocol. They have enabled "leave mail on 
server" option.

The problem is, that outlook download all mails (even those, that have 
been read) all the time.
This worked OK with uw-imap.

btw; mozilla thunderbird works OK.

Is this a known outlook/cyrus problem?
