Cyrus and Novel authentification

Hello,

What would be the best way to authenticate Cyrus users on a Novell 
E-directory server?  Novell E-directory can do LDAP with encryption.

Is this the best way?
Cyrus -> saslauthd -> PAM -> PAM LDAP plugin -> Novell
