Creating mailboxes

This is not a cyrus issue.  The above error is from your MTA (looks like 
postfix) so you need to get docs on configuring your MTA to accept mail 
for your new domain and also configure it to deliver to cyrus.  If you 
using postfix, Orielly has a great book called Postfix - the definitive 
guide which is what I used to get it running with cyrus.  Probably lots 
of docs can be googled for as well.
