Hi, List,
./configure like so:
./configure --with-auth=unix --with-sasl=/usr/local/lib/sasl2
--with-dbdir=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2 CC=gcc (trying to force gcc, although
without this, it still uses gcc)
Resulting output:
checking build system type... sparc-sun-solaris2.9
checking host system type... sparc-sun-solaris2.9

There are a few problems in here (sasl2 libraries are in
/usr/local/lib/sasl2), but first and foremost is the line:
/usr/ucb/cc: language optional software package not installed
Huh? I am using gcc, why would cc scream about anything? Is something in the
perl directory looking to use cc for something or??? I'm a little stymied,
but I need to get this up ASAP. Help much appreciated!
Thank You,
