Problem creating imap folders

Hello all. This is my first post in this list.

I configure cyrus 2.1.17-3 on a Debian Sarge. The configuration of the
service its ok and I can create the users mailboxes as cyrus user.

When a user, via MUA, try to create a new folder got the message (ie:
Outlook Express)
Permission denied

Configuration:
   Account: 192.168.4.35 (1)
   Server: 192.168.4.35
   User name: lin
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 143
   Secure(SSL): 0
   Code: 800cccd2

the permissions are set automaticaly by cyrus:
egw:/var/spool/cyrus/mail/l/user# ls -la
total 16
drwx------  4 cyrus mail 4096 Feb 21 12:54 .
drwx------  3 cyrus mail 4096 Feb 21 12:36 ..
drwx------  2 cyrus mail 4096 Feb 21 12:54 lin

drwx------  4 cyrus mail 4096 Feb 21 12:54 ..

what is wrong ?
