segfaults when executing quota command

clearly what I am fearing may have happened - sorry that I couldn't
articulate it as well as you have - I'm not all knowledgable on this
stuff

it does - I'm not certain that I find it most useful - it is just simply
less that I was getting before in my previous strace efforts.

I don't see it accessing any db4 libraries at all

this seems to give me something - of course, I am not certain what to
make of it

and I definitely did install openssl in /usr/local and also have RHEL
distribution based rpm installed too...but I haven't had problems using
tls, I've got a bunch of users authenticating using TLS to imap.

But it's clear that when trying to execute quota program from cyrus-
imap, something is not working for me and I am grateful for any
pointers/ideas.
