Quota / EVMS ? / broken ....

Hi !

Just upgraded to 2.2.12, runing a quota check just now:

user.daphne^st-jozef^egmondaandenhoef: usage was 3458280, now 
1729140
---

Still no change :( I will see if the quota's are incorrect after 
some amount of time as it was with 2.2.10.
