Cyrus deliver problems

I very vaguely remember a similar problem with userrights many years 
ago, when setting up a sendmail->procmail->cyrus chain.
I dont know if it was the same problem, but I solved it by granting the 
post-permission on each mailbox to everyone.

still deliver and cyradm seems to be very stubborn and dont give errors 
but just terminate on errors. (no I dont volunteer for changing and I'm 
very happy about the cyrus-software, which is a great piece of OpenSource)
