imap scalability

hi!

Does any one have run Cyrus IMAP server on iSCSI based file system, where
SAN storage is
mounted using iscsi protocol ? [ iSCSI - scsi over ethernet ] This seems way
of doing it without expensive
 fibre scsi switches.
