Migration from Courier Maildir to Cyrus

Hello All

I am looking to move from Courier to Cyrus.

I have trawled the lists and did not see any thread that answered this 
fully.

I would like to go to open-xchange but the cyrus migration is the only 
thing that is stopping me dead.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
