Cyrus imap with Open-Xchange

I think you can do this with fetchmail 
(http://www.catb.org/~esr/fetchmail/) - this delivers it to your local 
MTA/MDA (your sendmail/postfix/... setup) which handles the rest (lmtp 
to cyrus...).
