No way to auto subscribe the mail folders.

If you create a cyrus mailbox (usually with cyradm), the only folder
created is INBOX. And I never had to subscribe it on a client. Every other
folder like Trash is created by the client.
The problem is that you don't tell us what exactly your are doing and what
exactly your results are.
