Account creation/default sieve script

When removing cyrus accounts using cyradm, the scripts for
the user in the sieve directory are also removed.  Is there
a way to have a default script created for the user when using
cyradm to create an account, or for that matter to create the
default sieve script when using the imapd.conf autocreate features?
