cyradm auth problem

Since you didn't specify the --user option, you were authenticated as 
the shell user that ran cyradm.  Unless you ran cyradm as a Cyrus admin, 
you won't be able to create the shared mailbox "chris".  I assume that 
you are trying to create an INBOX for yourself, which will have to be 
"user.chris" (executed as a Cyrus admin).
