sendmail hooks for pre-checking of over-quota imap users?

What is reported by the command below ?
sendmail -d60.1 -bv real-user at xxxxxxx.ru

Or even more verbose version:
sendmail -d21.12 -d60.1 -bv real-user at xxxxxxx.ru
