sendmail hooks for pre-checking of over-quota imap users?

Makking sendmail pass TEMP & PERM "explanation strings" to sendmail.cf 
is a good idea nyway (IMHO). I hope sendmail will fix it before non beta 
release of sendmail-8.13.
