No.  If you restart Cyrus with a proper signal, it is NOT to corrupt
anything at all.  Anything else is an ugly bug.

Still, if you have to restart Cyrus at all, there is a bug in there that
needs to be fixed :)   It may be one of the usual BerkeleyDB 4.x config
problems, or it may be a real code bug.
